Privacy.

Short version: no cookies, no tracking, no third parties. We only store what you give us for the waitlist.

1. Controller

2. Visiting this website

Our server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) to deliver the website and keep it secure. Server logs are deleted after [7] days. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

3. No cookies, no tracking

We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, external fonts or any third-party services. Fonts, images and emojis are served from our own server.

4. Local settings

If you switch between light and dark mode, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage. It never leaves your device. You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.

5. Waitlist

If you join the waitlist we store your email address, whether you are a fan or a creator, the time of your consent and the consent text. We send you one confirmation email (double opt-in) and later an email when PEACHES launches. Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the link in every email or by writing to us. We delete your data when you unsubscribe or at the latest [12 months] after launch.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
